A while back, Leslie and I quit eating all meat for several months and switched to a plant-based diet to see if our health improved. It actually helped quite a bit and ever since we have kept a lot of plant-based food options in our diet and are pretty selective on how much meat we eat. On today’s podcast, we are covering all of the vegetarian and plant-based food options you have now in Disney World. Over the last year or so, Disney has added over 400 menu items that give you so much variety if you are wanting alternatives to meat on your next vacation. Let us know if you’ve tried any of them!
